EAT 26 Promotion Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the EAT 26 promotional campaign operated by Reemu Ltd (trading as Accesseat). By participating, you agree to these Terms.

1. Campaign Overview

EAT 26 is a promotional campaign run by Accesseat for the major football tournament 2026. Registered users can make match predictions and earn discount rewards on future orders from selected partner stores.

EAT 26 is not affiliated with, endorsed by or associated with FIFA, any national football association or any official World Cup sponsor.

2. Eligibility

• Open to registered Accesseat users aged 18 and over
• UK residents only, unless otherwise stated
• One account per person; duplicate or fraudulent accounts will be disqualified
• Employees of Reemu Ltd and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate

3. How to Participate

To activate your eligibility for a reward, you must complete both steps below before kickoff:

• Log in, navigate to the EAT 26 campaign page and make at least one prediction
• Place a qualifying order from a selected EAT 26 partner store before that match kicks off

Predictions made without a corresponding qualifying order placed before kickoff will not be eligible for a reward. The order is the eligibility trigger.

4. Prediction Types

• Prediction A - Match Winner
• Prediction B - Winner + First Country to Score
• Prediction C - Winner + Final Score

You may choose to make only one prediction per match. An upsell prompt may be shown after your first prediction to encourage a second, which increases your potential reward to 10%.

5. Reward Structure

5.1 Correct Prediction

You correctly predict the match winner only. Reward: 5% discount off your next qualifying order from a selected EAT 26 partner store.

5.2 Perfect Prediction

You correctly predict the match winner and the first country to score, or the exact final score. Reward: 10% discount off your next qualifying order from a selected EAT 26 partner store.

5.3 Maximum Reward

The maximum reward per match is 10%. Every match is a fresh opportunity.

6. Reward Conditions

• Rewards are issued to your Accesseat account following confirmation of the match result
• Rewards apply to qualifying orders at selected EAT 26 partner stores only
• Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Rewards cannot be combined with other promotional discounts unless expressly stated
• Rewards expire at 23:59 on the Sunday following the date of issue
• A minimum order value may apply, as shown in your reward notification
• Rewards apply to the net order value only; delivery fees, service fees and other charges are excluded

7. Qualifying Orders

A qualifying order is an order placed through the Accesseat platform from a selected EAT 26 partner store, completed and paid for before the relevant match kickoff time. Orders placed after kickoff will not activate reward eligibility for that match, regardless of prediction outcome.

8. Results and Verification

• Match results will be taken from the official fixture result as confirmed by the relevant football authority
• Accesseat will verify predictions against confirmed results before issuing rewards
• Rewards will be issued to your account within 48 hours of the match result being confirmed
• Accesseat's decision on all prediction outcomes and reward eligibility is final and binding

9. Data and Registration

By participating in EAT 26, you agree that Accesseat may collect and use your campaign participation data to administer the campaign, improve the platform and send you relevant marketing communications where you have given consent. Your data will be handled in accordance with our Accesseat Privacy Policy and the EAT 26 Campaign Privacy Policy.

10. Campaign Changes and Cancellation

• Accesseat reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the EAT 26 campaign at any time without prior notice
• In the event of cancellation, any rewards already issued will remain valid until their stated Sunday 23:59 expiry
• Accesseat is not liable for any loss resulting from amendment or cancellation of the campaign

11. Fraud and Misuse

Accesseat reserves the right to disqualify any participant and withhold or revoke rewards where fraud, abuse, manipulation of the prediction system or any breach of these Terms is suspected. Disqualified accounts may be permanently banned from the platform.

12. General

• These Terms are in addition to Accesseat's main Terms and Conditions, which continue to apply
• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales
• Any disputes arising from the EAT 26 campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales
