Commission-based earnings model

4. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate data and keep login credentials confidential. You're responsible for all activity on your account.

5. Payments and Commission

All payments are final and non-refundable
Commissions apply based on agreements
Promoters earn from verified redemptions
Payouts are issued weekly with applicable deductions

6. Promoter Terms

Promoters must:

Promote offers lawfully
Use only approved content
Accept commissions based on verified performance

We reserve the right to terminate any promoter account at our discretion.

7. Promotions and Content

Business Users are responsible for the legality of their offers. Accesseat may remove non-compliant or misleading promotions.

8. Remote Operations

Accesseat operates remotely, providing support and communication via digital channels.

9. Platform Availability

We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance or technical issues.

10. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. Please review offers and pricing before completing any transaction.

11. Data Privacy and GDPR

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
